Low Income Energy Assistance Program - Heating assistance for income eligible, will pay 30 day utility shut-off, limited funding available. Food Pantry- Income eligible, emergency situation food provided from the pantry. Angel Tree Program - Income eligible families may make application for their children ages newborn to 14 years old, to receive Christmas presents. Angels may be adopted by calling or stopping at CRI. This is a seasonal program. Thrift Store -Clothing, household items, books, toys, furniture, appliances, and many other items for sale at reasonable prices, available to anyone. Free clothing/household items are available to income eligible families in emergency need. Donations -The Thrift Store is run primarily from community donations. All donated items should be clean and in good useable condition. Charitable tax deductions available upon request Housing Assistance - H.E.L.P. Program (Housing Emergency Loan Program). Income eligible families may make application for emergency housing repairs. Weatherization Program - Income eligible families may make application for home weatherization. H.O.M.E Loan Program - Assistance for income eligible families to purchase a home, call or stop in for information and guidelines. Job Serive - CRI provides information and applications to be placed with Job Service, for employment opportunities. Project Move AmeriCorps Program - Family mentoring and community service based projects. Gabriel Project - Baby Closet - Items for new moms. Drivers License Training Computer Training FAX Machine and Notary Budgeting, Mentoring & Nutrition Classes Information and Referral - CRI is an excellent resource on information and referrals for most programs within the county. |
