Services Offered:  Extend the resources of West Virginia University to all. 4-H youth development, camping, Community Education Outreach Service (CEOS) clubs, consumer education, financial planning, child development, nutrition & health education, community development, safety, lawn & home maintenance, gardening, agricultural and marketing.  Provides information and workshops on a variety of agriculture and natural resource topics, insect and plant disease identification and control options; monthly newsletter.
